1: Load Video Files
Click the "Add" button to import video files. Alternatively, you can click "File -> Add Video Files..." to load the videos that you want to watch on your iPhone.

From the "Class" drop-down list, choose the "iPhone" category and turn to the "Profile" combo box, choose the most appropriate output format of "iPhone MPEG-4(.*mp4)" for your iPhone.
3: Convert Video to iPhone
